Krzysztof Marcisz is the Vice President of Product at Viator, where he leads a global team responsible for helping millions of people discover and book unforgettable travel experiences. With more than two decades of expertise across the travel and technology industries, Krzysztof oversees the vision and execution of Viator’s product portfolio, ensuring that our platform delivers exceptional quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Before joining Viator, Krzysztof led the European product team at Qualtrics, where he played a pivotal role in driving customer and employee experience improvements for top brands through advanced analytics and a powerful listening engine that captured billions of sentiment data points across diverse channels and touchpoints.

Outside of work, Krzysztof is an active mentor for startups, guiding them in building global products and scaling their impact. He has previously served as a mentor at competitions such as MIT 100K.
