Dayla Randolph

Dayla Randolph, PhD is currently the Senior Vice President Talent and Culture at Advocate Health since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dayla held various leadership positions within Advocate Health organizations, including System Vice President, Talent Management and Development at Advocate Aurora Health, and Vice President, Learning Institutes at Advocate Health Care. With a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University, Dayla has a strong background in human resources and leadership development.
