Fernando G. Little

Fernando G. Little currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Advocate Health, where responsibilities include developing and guiding a comprehensive diversity strategy aimed at fostering an inclusive environment for various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Fernando held several key positions at Atrium Health, including Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer, where leadership efforts focused on promoting diversity and health equity. Additional experience includes roles in human resources and diversity strategy at Family Dollar, Mission Health, SPX Corporation, and Bank of America. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pfeiffer University.
