J. Nwando Olayiwola

J. Nwando Olayiwola, MD, MPH, FAAFP serves as President of the Advocate National Center for Health Equity and Senior Vice President at Advocate Health. Olayiwola has experience as a Family Physician at Heart of Ohio Family Health's Immigrant and Refugee Clinic and holds adjunct professorships at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in both the College of Medicine and the College of Public Health. Additionally, Olayiwola is the Founding Director of the Center for Primary Care Innovation and Transformation and the Founder and CEO of Inspire Health Solutions LLC, which includes the initiative Minority Women Professionals (MWPs) are MVPs. Olayiwola has also held the role of Chief Health Equity Officer and Senior Vice President at Humana. Education credentials include a recent Credential of Readiness (CORe) Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online, completed in April 2024, and a degree from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
