Javier Rios is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive support, human resources, and public relations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Troy Dennhof at Advocate Health since October 2023, Javier previously held multiple roles at Atrium Health from 2014 to 2023, including Executive Assistant to Jim Dunn, where responsibilities involved managing business relations and special projects and acting as a liaison between senior leaders. Additional roles at Atrium Health included Human Resources Consultant focusing on talent acquisition and workforce relations, as well as Human Resources Associate and Medical Interpreter. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Universidad La Concordia and completed a Nursing program at Central Piedmont Community College.
