Previous roles include leading HR strategy and performance initiatives for a 165,000-employee healthcare system and providing executive coaching through her own practice, Harmony & Success Personal Coaching, LLC. Julie's experience spans several high-profile organizations, including Ulta Beauty and PepsiCo, where Julie held positions focused on leadership development and employee engagement. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University.
