Kim Miiller, Psy.D. is a seasoned professional in psychological services and healthcare operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Operations for Trauma Recovery & Resilience at Advocate Health since October 2014. With extensive experience managing strategic planning, operational budgets exceeding $8 million, and significant team leadership, Kim has successfully increased patient services and funding through innovative programs and grant writing. As a founding leader of Integrated Behavioral Health, Kim developed the first integrated behavioral health center across 11 hospitals, growing program participation substantially while managing budgets and team performance. Previous roles include Licensed Clinical Psychologist at The Fowler Institute, Director of Psychological Services at Arkansas Counseling Associates, and various positions in healthcare technology and clinical project management. Kim holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Midwestern University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
