Melissa is currently the VP Talent Acquisition at Advocate Health, where she leads Talent Acquisition for the third largest nonprofit healthcare system in the country. Prior to this role, she served as the Executive Director Corp HR at Advocate Aurora Health, overseeing workforce strategies and programs. Melissa also held positions in talent acquisition and compensation management in the healthcare industry, as well as consulting roles in compensation design for various industries. She holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
