Muddasir Mohammed Ghouse

Muddasir Mohammed Ghouse, FACHE, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Advocate Health since November 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Service Line Operations at Kaleida Health from September 2024 to October 2025, and Regional Vice President of Operations at MercyOne from May 2022 to August 2024. Muddasir held various positions at Jackson Health System between November 2016 and May 2022, including Director of Operations, Health Services Administrator, and Director of Quality and Patient Safety. Earlier in his career, Muddasir was Director of Operations at Medical Diagnostic Services, Inc. from October 2012 to January 2016, Administrative Resident at Jackson Health System for the first half of 2012, and Graduate Assistant at Florida International University from August 2011 to April 2012. Muddasir holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Florida International University, a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, and a Doctor of Medicine from the International University of Kyrgyzstan.
