Nicole Biederer is currently serving as the Vice President Teammate Relations - Midwest Region at Advocate Health. With a background in Human Resources, she has held various HR leadership roles in companies like Advocate Aurora Health, Aurora Health Care, and Johnson Controls. Nicole is known for her expertise in HR practices, compliance with regulations, team member engagement, and succession planning.
