Rory Vees

Rory Vees is the Vice President of Payroll Services at Advocate Health since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rory worked at Northwestern Mutual for over 25 years, holding various positions including Sr. Director of Total Rewards Administration, Assistant Director of Compensation/Benefits/Sales Reporting, and Manager of Life/DI/LTC Business Development. Rory is recognized for introducing LEAN improvement practices to the enterprise and has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
