Shital Tanna

Shital Tanna, MD, FAAFP, currently serves as the Regional Medical Director for Population Health-Midwest and Medical Director for Sherman Hospital PHO at Advocate Health, with experience dating back to July 2022. Prior to this role, Shital Tanna contributed to Advocate Aurora Health as a Clinical Risk Adjustment Physician Champion and held multiple positions, including Primary Care Medical Director and Board Member of the Sherman Hospital PHO Board of Directors, from January 2016 to July 2022. Shital Tanna also volunteered as a medical professional with BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha from October 2016 to October 2019 and served in several leadership roles at Advocate Sherman Hospital from July 1997 to July 2016, including Family Practice Department Chief. Additionally, Shital Tanna was a Primary Care Physician and Managing Partner at Signature Medical Associates from November 1996 to December 2015. Shital Tanna earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto.
