Sarah McBurnie

Sarah McBurnie is an experienced professional in claims management, currently serving as the Manager of CTP Operations at IAG since January 2023, where reporting directly to the Head of Claims occurs. Prior experience includes leading claims teams at AMP as a Claims Manager/Chapter Lead from January 2017 to December 2022, and managing complex long-term claims at CGU Insurance as a Workers Compensation Claims Manager from May 2010 to December 2016. Previous roles include a Technical Manager position at Suncorp Group from June 2006 to May 2010, providing support to Case Managers, and serving as a Workers Compensation Case Manager at Cambridge Integrated Services from May 2003 to May 2006. Sarah holds a Diploma in Personal Injury Management from Deakin Prime, completed in 2011.
