Holly Schmidtke

Holly Schmidtke, FACHE, currently serves as President at Advocate Aurora Health since March 2020. Prior to this role, Holly held multiple leadership positions at Aurora Health Care, including Vice President Operations and Vice President/Chief Nurse Executive from June 2014 to March 2020. Holly's earlier experience includes serving as Nursing Director at ProHealth Care from November 2012 to June 2014 and as Manager of the ProHealth Care System Nursing Pool at Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospitals from January 2010 to November 2012. Academically, Holly Schmidtke earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Alverno College in 2009 and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Carroll University in 1998.
