Mohamed Osman is a skilled healthcare professional with a diverse background in medicine and public health. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center since October 2022 and an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist at Advocate Aurora Health since October 2021, Mohamed also has experience as a Cardiology Technologist in the Electrophysiology department. Prior experience as a General Medical Practitioner with the Sudan Medical Council from March 2012 to November 2021 involved patient evaluations, examinations, and treatments. Additionally, as a National Medical Officer for the World Health Organization from May 2012 to December 2016, support was provided to the Red Sea state Health Minister in public health initiatives. Mohamed holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Iowa College of Public Health and multiple Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degrees from Gadarif University, complemented by an academic foundation from Comboni High Secondary School.
