Zailyn Rodriguez, MBA, LSSGB, BSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Inpatient Care Management Operations at Advocate Aurora Health, where responsibilities include overseeing care coordination strategies for South Chicagoland hospitals. Previously, Zailyn directed the Care Management/Population Health program at Memorial Healthcare System, focusing on evidence-based practices and streamlining patient transitions. Zailyn has experience as an adjunct instructor at Jersey College and as a marketing specialist at Encompass Health, where market share and patient transitions were key focuses. With a background as a Clinical Manager at Cleveland Clinic and extensive roles in clinical programs at Orange Accountable Care, Zailyn has demonstrated a strong ability in process improvement and patient outcome enhancement. Zailyn holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Florida International University and a BSN from Ohio University.
