Mike Benz

Mike Benz is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the real estate and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for Real Estate at Advocate Technologies since December 2024, Benz previously held various prestigious roles at Trepp, Inc. from April 2015 to December 2024, including Global Head of Sales, SVP of Global Partnerships & Bank Solutions, and Senior Vice President of U.S. Banking Sales. During a notable tenure at EDR from September 2007 to April 2015, Benz successfully launched a go-to-market strategy and transitioned over 600 banks from data clients to software clients as VP of Sales, Lender Solutions. Educational credentials include a Masters Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Mississippi, alongside degrees from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and Iona University.
