Nimisha Srikanth is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at The SASH Lab at Yale, contributing to the Paterson Prevention Project and a participatory research initiative focused on youth substance use prediction in New Jersey. Nimisha also serves as a Teaching Fellow for Dr. Danya Keene’s Social Justice and Health Equity course at the Yale School of Public Health. As a Student Organizer for Advocates for Youth, Nimisha developed a campaign for consent workshops at Texas A&M University. Additionally, Nimisha holds the position of Public Health Specialist with the Sunflower UX Team, creating training modules for health professionals. Experience includes a Health Policy Fellowship with the Connecticut General Assembly, where Nimisha tracked legislation for the Reproductive Rights Caucus, and prior research roles at the Center for Pediatric Population Health and Texas A&M University. Nimisha earned a Master of Public Health from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Texas A&M University.
