Hans-Christian Donjem

Hans-Christian Donjem is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in banking and financing law. Currently a Partner at Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS since December 2015, Hans-Christian has specialized in acquisition financing, project financing, and complex group financings. Previously, as Legal Counsel at Samsung Electronics Nordic AB, Hans-Christian served as the only Norwegian lawyer in the Nordic operations, reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance in Stockholm. Prior experience includes a Senior Lawyer position at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt, where a focus on banking and financing law was maintained, and various roles in personnel recruitment and IT consultancy. Hans-Christian holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo, completed between 2005 and 2007, and also attended Stabekk VGS from 1991 to 1994.
