Bolette Wildt

Bolette Wildt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and legal sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Genmab since September 2023, Bolette holds a Board Member position at Advokatsamfundet and has been a member of the Advokatrådet since June 2021. Previous roles include Senior Director and Associate General Counsel in Global R&D at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where tenure lasted from October 2012 to August 2023, and General Counsel for the same division. Additionally, Bolette was a member of the Board of Directors at Øresundsinstituttet from April 2016 to May 2023 and served as General Counsel and VP of HR at Santaris Pharma A/S from September 2007 to September 2012. Earlier in the career, Bolette worked at Novo Nordisk A/S from 1992 to 2007 as Assistant General Counsel and Head of Global People Mobility. Bolette earned a degree in law (Cand. Jur) from the University of Copenhagen from 1984 to 1989.
