Dr. Yamini Haridas

Dr. Yamini Haridas possesses extensive experience in the field of diagnostic products and research and development, currently serving as Lead Quality Control at Advy since December 2011. Responsibilities include managing projects focused on the transfer of new diagnostic tests, project planning, validation, and result reporting. Previous roles at Advy encompass Head of Research & Development, where Dr. Haridas oversaw the development of diagnostic reagents and kits, and contributions to a WHO prequalification project for Malaria RDT. Early career experience includes senior executive and executive positions, focusing on assay development, protein conjugation, purification, and lab management. Dr. Haridas holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Barkatullah University and a PhD in Biotechnology from Jiwaji University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology.
