Previously, Caddell was President of Caddell Architecture, PLLC, where services focused on planning new commercial building projects. Caddell's educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Appalachian State University and multiple Master's degrees in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
