Karolina J. Noronha

Karolina J. Noronha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product leadership and financial services. Currently serving as SVP of Product for Platforms and Financial Services at Adyen since December 2014, Karolina has held various roles within the company, including VP of Product for both Platforms and Marketplaces. Prior to Adyen, Karolina co-founded Experimentierkind GmbH, developing an innovative subscription service focused on science education for children. Additional experience includes roles at COREtransform GmbH as a Transformation Associate, Deutsche Telekom AG Laboratories as a Student Research Assistant, and Detecon Inc. USA as a Business Intern. Karolina's educational background includes a Diplom Ingenieur in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and participation in programs at Saint Mary's University and the Founders Institute.
