Lucas Costa

Lucas Costa has extensive experience in supply chain management across various industries and regions. From May 2019 to February 2023, Lucas served as the Supply Chain Americas Team Lead at Adyen, overseeing operations in the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, and previously implemented supply chain operations for In-Person Payments in LATAM. Prior roles include Intercompany Supply Chain Coordinator at Lindt & Sprüngli, where responsibilities ranged from supply planning to customs management in Brazil, and Supply Planner for Brazil and the South Cone at Ferrero, focusing on brands such as Nutella and Tic Tac. Additional experience includes positions at Cielo, managing warehousing and reverse logistics, and early career development at Procter & Gamble, monitoring regional KPIs. Lucas holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from UFSCar.
