Luiza Garcia Silva

Luiza Garcia Silva is a seasoned Product Manager with extensive experience in payments and digital transformation. At Adyen since September 2020, Luiza oversees the lifecycle of alternative and bank payments in Latin America, specializing in Brazil's Pix payment system and managing the implementation of electronic money issuer licenses. Previously, Luiza served as a Product Owner at Cielo, where responsibilities included developing big data products and leading a multidisciplinary team. Luiza's earlier roles encompass driving agile transformation initiatives and sales management during a tenure at AIESEC no Brasil. Luiza holds an MBA in Business Management and Market Intelligence from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios and an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from UFSCar.
