Valérie Westerduin serves as the VP of HR Innovations at Adyen since August 2015, focusing on automated solutions to enhance efficiency and global growth through leadership of global teams in People Technology and Analytics. Prior experience includes roles such as Global HR Business Partner, where Valérie provided coaching and support to managers on employee matters, and HR Manager for The Americas, leading the establishment of the HR team in the USA and LATAM. Valérie began the career as an HR Officer, implementing Workday HRIS and developing HR processes. Valérie holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
