Vanessa Kruger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and risk management, currently serving as a Compliance Officer and Team Lead for LATAM Card Scheme Operations at Adyen since December 2020. Vanessa has successfully established the card scheme compliance team in the region, ensuring adherence to local and global rules while fostering relationships with card schemes and stakeholders. Prior to Adyen, Vanessa held various roles at Booking.com from April 2015 to November 2020, including Senior Global Risk Specialist and Senior Credit Controller, focusing on risk management and credit control. Vanessa’s career also includes experience as an Administrative Manager at W Publishing and an Account Manager at Bradesco, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation skills, and a strategic approach to achieving targets.
