Matthew Ward

Matthew Ward currently serves as the Regional Manager for DACH & Benelux at Adzuna, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Product Owner and Head of Sales for Recruitment Services at WorkL, where key clients included prominent brands such as Burger King and Hollywood Bowl Group. Between March 2014 and September 2023, Matthew held multiple leadership positions at Springer Nature, culminating as the Head of Client Marketing Solutions for Europe with a successful track record in transitioning sales models and achieving significant revenue growth. Matthew's career began at Nature Publishing Group, progressing through various roles in Careers Services, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and client relationships across diverse sectors including academia and pharmaceuticals. Matthew holds a BSc Hons in Biochemistry from Lancaster University and a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from London Metropolitan University.
