Scott Groh

Scott Groh has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Scott currently serves as the Director of Plant Operations at Anderson Erickson Dairy since 2022. Prior to this, Scott worked at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice from 2017 to 2022, holding positions such as Area Vice President and Operations Excellence Manager. Scott was responsible for managing production and distribution facilities, driving business growth, and implementing process improvements. Before that, Scott worked at Procter & Gamble from 2010 to 2017 in various roles, including Technical Support Group Leader, Production Manager, and Process Engineer. Scott led teams in supporting packing operations, managing production, and implementing cost reduction and capability building projects. Additionally, Scott gained experience as an Operation Management Intern at Nestlé USA in 2008, where they successfully led a scrap reduction project.

Scott Groh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University in 2008. Scott then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the same university from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Scott Groh had a short stint at the University of Newcastle in 2006.
