Lasha Alkhazishvili

Lasha Alkhazishvili is an experienced Senior Asset Manager at A&E Real Estate since February 2021 and has previously held the position of Asset Manager. Prior to this role, Lasha worked as a Capital Markets Associate at Besen Partners and as a Financial Professional at Equitable Advisors. An early career stint as an Analyst at M&D Properties Investment LTD involved identifying and evaluating over 60 potential development sites in London, utilizing planning and financial analysis methods for property valuations. Lasha's internship in the Finance Department at the University of Rochester Medical Center included the creation of a system to enhance income identification and management across more than 50 departments. Lasha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Rochester and participated in a study abroad program at CUHK Business School.
