Mike Finnerty

Mike Finnerty has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mike started their career as a Financial Analyst at Yale University School of Medicine in 1992, where they handled budget preparation and financial reporting. In 1998, they joined Lehman Brothers as a Senior Associate, focusing on providing analytical support for tax-exempt transactions and assisting in new business efforts. In 2000, Mike moved to the Yale University Investments Office as an Associate Director, responsible for managing and evaluating fund investments for Yale's real estate portfolio. Mike played a key role in hiring new managers, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio risks. Most recently, in 2019, Mike became the Managing Director at A&E Real Estate, leading new business initiatives and forming strategic investment partnerships. Mike is actively involved in the company's executive and management committees, as well as investment activities.
