Prior to this role, Katrijn served as a Business Consultant at ASTYRE from October 2006 to November 2009, handling recruitment and selection assignments within various strategic domains. Katrijn's career began as a Recruitment Consultant at Dart Resourcing from October 2005 to September 2006, emphasizing expertise in IT recruitment. Academically, Katrijn holds a Master's degree in psychology, specializing in occupational psychology and personnel management from Ghent University and completed high school at Koninklijk Atheneum Keerbergen with a focus on Math-sciences.
