Kim McClure

Kim McClure, MS, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist with a focus on recruitment, currently serving at Hill Physicians Medical Group since April 2016. With extensive experience in processing employment data for over 600 employees, Kim has played a key role in the implementation of the Workday Human Capital Management system, ensuring the maintenance of accurate job postings and candidate dispositions. Prior experience includes recruitment roles at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland and Macy’s, demonstrating a strong background in candidate sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and compliance with union requirements.
