Martijn Mampaey

Martijn Mampaey has extensive experience in HR and recruitment, currently serving as an HR & Recruitment professional at AE since November 2021, where the focus is on co-creating sustainable business value through innovative methodologies. Prior to AE, Martijn held HR Officer roles at both Lemon Companies and Road21 from November 2020 to November 2021, supporting a diverse family of IT companies and startups. Martijn's background also includes a position as HR Manager at Datashift, which specializes in data strategy, and a Talent Officer role at BD myShopi. Additional experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Bakker & Partners and Blake & Partners. Martijn holds a Master of Arts in Multilingual Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics from KU Leuven.
