Jamelah Roberts-Hassan

Jamelah Roberts-Hassan, M.Ed, serves as the HR Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator at Lamar Consolidated ISD since September 2025, following a substantial tenure at Fort Bend ISD from December 2014 to September 2025, where the role included Sr. Human Resources Talent Acquisition Consultant and Human Resources Business Partner. With expertise in developing strategic recruiting plans and implementing HR initiatives for a diverse employee base, Jamelah has significantly contributed to analyzing talent needs and driving HR best practices. Additionally, prior experience as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at Walgreens involved leading HR teams and managing various HR functions. Jamelah holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Downtown.
