Brian Prescott

Prior to joining AEA, Brian was with Bank of Montreal in Chicago, originating, executing and monitoring middle market senior debt and mezzanine sponsor-backed transactions. Prior to Bank of Montreal, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a member of the financial due diligence team within the deals advisory practice.
