Christian Johnson

Christian joined AEA in 2006 as a member of the mezzanine team and was promoted to Partner in 2018.

Prior to joining AEA, he was with Allied Capital in New York, originating, executing and monitoring middle market mezzanine and control buyout transactions. Prior to Allied Capital, Christian was with GE Equity, the private equity investment division of GE Capital and Chase Securities Inc., where he was a member of the acquisition finance group.
