Heidi Dubois

Global Head, ESG at AEA Investors

Heidi Dubois is the current Global Head of ESG at AEA Investors. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of ESG at Edelman from February 2020 to January 2022. Heidi has also served as the ESG Director at Society for Corporate Governance from April 2019 to June 2020, and as the Global Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility at BNY Mellon from March 2018 to April 2019.

Heidi Dubois has over 20 years of experience in the corporate sustainability and social responsibility field. Heidi began their career as a Senior Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP from October 1999 to February 2009. Heidi then served as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Assurant, Inc. from February 2009 to November 2011 before joining PepsiCo, Inc. as their Vice President of Global Sustainability in November 2011. Heidi remained with PepsiCo until May 2016 when they became the Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Investing at BNY Mellon, a position they held until December 2017.

Heidi Dubois has a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory and Fine Arts from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor in Law from Columbia Law School.
