Justin de la Chapelle

Justin joined AEA in 2006 and was promoted to Partner in 2018. Justin focuses on AEA’s investments in the Value-Added Industrial Products and Services sectors. He currently serves on the board of Visual Comfort & Co, and previously served on the board TricorBraun. Justin also served on the board of former AEA portfolio company GMS.

Prior to joining AEA, Justin worked at Brera Capital Partners, a global private equity firm based in New York. Prior to Brera, he worked at Banc of America Securities in both the mergers and acquisitions group and the leveraged acquisition finance group.
