Tia Brooks-Wannemacher, MPM

Tia Brooks-Wannemacher has a diverse work experience consisting of roles in talent development, business development, account management, and project management. Tia currently holds a position as a Consultant, Talent Development at AEBetancourt, where they are involved in implementing comprehensive Human Capital solutions to find, select, train, and motivate talent. Prior to this, Tia worked at Carnegie, where they held roles such as Business Development Manager, Business Development Specialist, Account Manager, and Account Coordinator. Their responsibilities included managing relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating accounts. Before joining Carnegie, they worked as a Project Manager at TorresWorks Construction, LLC (DBA Sirena Pool & Spas). Tia also has entrepreneurial experience as an athlete and entrepreneur at Nike.

Tia Brooks-Wannemacher obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma between 2008 and 2012. From 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. In 2023, they completed a Professional Certificate in Human Resources and Talent Management from Michigan State University, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
