Dominique Christen

Dominique Christen has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in prestigious companies. Dominique is currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at Aebi Schmidt Group since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at VP Bank AG as the Group Head of Human Resources from March 2018 until June 2023. Before joining VP Bank AG, they held key positions at Swisscom, KPMG Switzerland, and Credit Suisse, where they gained valuable expertise in managing HR functions and leading teams. Dominique'sroles at Credit Suisse included Head of Human Resources for Private Banking Americas, Director, and Head of HR for COO & General Counsel Divisions & HR Shared Services Switzerland. Overall, Dominique Christen's career has been focused on human resources management and strategic leadership in the financial and telecommunications industries.

Dominique Christen completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz, Hochschule für Wirtschaft from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1999, Dominique attended the University of Zurich, where they obtained a lic phil I degree in Psychology, Economics, and Labor Law.
