Kina Perez

Kina Perez has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Kina is currently serving as the VP Human Resources North America at Aebi Schmidt Group since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Human Resources Director at Petro Star Inc./ASRC from October 2017 to April 2023. Kina also held the position of Vice President Human Resources at The North West Company International Inc. from April 2011 to March 2014. In addition, they have worked as the Director of Human Resources at Delta Leasing LLC from April 2008 to February 2010. Before that, they served as the Vice President at Teamwork Staffing, Inc. Workload Staffing Solutions from June 1998 to October 2007. Kina started their career as the Production Control Manager at Thermogenesis in January 1997 and worked there until October 1998. Finally, they held the position of Regional Director/ VP Human Resources/Board Member at Teamwork Staffing, Inc Workload Staffing Solutions from May 1988 to December 1996.

Kina Perez pursued their education at Kaplan University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Human Resources. Later, in 2014 to 2015, they attended Washington State University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
