David Livingston

David Livingston is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as the Head of Learning, Diversity and Organizational Development at IEHP, David partners with executives to enhance leadership and employee experiences. Previously, as Executive Director of Talent Development at Kaiser Permanente, David oversaw operations and a team of learning professionals, executing strategic programs for staff engagement. In earlier roles at Kaiser Permanente and Xerox Corporation, David spearheaded initiatives in sales learning, competency assessments, and marketing strategies, contributing to significant organizational growth. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Capella University and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from American University.
