Lily Liu, MBA, PMP, CSM, ITIL has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lily'smost recent position was as the VP of Customer Experience at AEC Daily, where they led and coached managers towards the successful completion of programs and projects. Prior to this, they served as a Program Director at the same company, implementing project methodologies and documenting processes.

Before their time at AEC Daily, Lily worked as an IT Project Manager at West Park Healthcare Centre, where they planned, led, and managed complex technology-based transformation projects using Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Lily also has experience as the Director of Operations at Little Baby Genie, where they directed operations and business development for a wholesale business, managing product procurement and vendor relationships.
