Randy Hill

Randy Hill is an experienced professional with a strong background in laboratory management, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the R&D Lab Manager at AEC Narrow Fabrics since April 2017, Randy oversees lab safety, project scheduling, employee coaching, and the preparation of raw materials, while also formalizing lab procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Previous roles include Quality and Safety Manager at Triad Corrugated Metal Inc., where systems were developed to enhance quality and safety, and Quality Manager at AEC Narrow Fabrics, leading a successful ISO certification. Additional experience includes managing operations at Traveling Mailbox and serving in various capacities over nearly three decades at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
