Nguyen's earlier roles include Marketing Communications Specialist at Vietnam Investment Gateway, focusing on large-scale events and communications management, and Community Manager at Moore Online Solutions Development Company, where online marketing and content creation were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University.
