Yogita Kaul

Yogita Kaul is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for South Asia and Africa at aecc since March 2024. Previously, Yogita held the role of Regional Head of Employee Relations for South Asia, MENA, and Africa at the British Council from April 2021 to May 2023, and served as a Senior Specialist at NITI Aayog from May 2020 to February 2021. With a background in consulting, Yogita has worked as a Senior Consultant at NudgeIn and as a Behavioural Science Consultant at Behaviour, focusing on research and the interaction of humans with AI. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, BBC, Aon Hewitt, Cadence Design Systems, and Elixir Consulting, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, HR consulting, and strategic HR partnership. Yogita holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with certifications in Global Human Resource Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
