Victoria Chelangat Sabula has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Victoria Chelangat currently serves as a Board Member for various organizations, including CAMFED - Campaign for Female Education, Convergence Blended Finance, and Science for Africa Foundation. Prior to their board roles, Victoria was the Chief Executive Officer of The AECF, a private sector-focused challenge fund that supports innovative commercial businesses in the agribusiness and renewable energy sectors in sub-Saharan Africa.

Before joining The AECF, Victoria worked as the General Counsel & Corporation Secretary for the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), where they ensured the organization's legal and ethical responsibilities were fulfilled while providing legal advice and counsel. Victoria Chelangat also served as the Company Secretary for KCB Bank Group and held various legal positions within the organization, including Head of the Legal Credit Unit and Legal Manager. Victoria began their career as a Legal Assistant at Rachier and Amollo Advocates.

With their extensive experience in board roles, leadership positions, and legal advisory roles, Victoria Chelangat Sabula possesses a strong background in governance, legal compliance, and private sector development in Africa.

Victoria Chelangat Sabula's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Moi University and received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law, which they completed in 2004. In 2005, they enrolled at the Kenya Institute of Management, where they obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, in 2006. Continuing their education, they attended Africa Nazarene University from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Management. In 2013, they also attended the Institute of Certified Secretaries, Kenya, where they completed a program to become a Certified Public Secretary.
