Ing. Joseph Korsah Kwesi (PE-MGhIE) MSc. (Eng.) is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance supervision and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at AEL Mining Services since May 2017, Joseph drives both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of plant equipment, ensuring high equipment availability and reliability while managing technical documentation and compliance. Prior roles at AEL Mining Services included Senior Maintenance Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, where Joseph focused on fluid power systems and mechanical equipment servicing. Earlier experience as a Senior Engineer at JIS GROUP LTD involved addressing mechanical plant issues and providing client support for power transmission problems. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Engineering & Management from Coventry University, a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Plant Maintenance Engineering from Cape Coast Technical University.
