Marcia Haffejee

Marcia Haffejee is the Group Legal Counsel at AECI Limited since September 2022, previously serving as an associate in dispute resolution at Webber Wentzel from January 2017 to March 2023. In the role at Webber Wentzel, Marcia focused on construction, corporate and commercial litigation, as well as international arbitration, while also conducting workshops on related legislative trends. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand obtained between 2015 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law and Psychology from the same university, completed from 2012 to 2014.
